Important Info for Booking Weddings

  • A non-refundable booking deposit is required to hold a wedding date. We will be passing up other weddings. Thank you for your understanding.

  • The booking deposit must be paid before we will schedule a preview

  • Previews are held at the studio Monday-Thursday

  • We travel to you on your wedding day. We do not travel for previews. They are performed at our studio

  • Weekends are reserved for weddings. We do not schedule Friday-Sunday previews. Thank you for your understanding

  • Hair + Makeup previews average 3-4 hours (one hairstyle + one makeup application )

  • Hair Only/Makeup Only previews average 2.5 hours (one style/one makeup look)

  • Preview+Engagement Package available (1 Wedding hairstyle + 1 Engagement hairstyle + 1 makeup application). Single appointment only, can’t be divided into 2 appointments. Please check Menu page for rates

  • We recommend scheduling previews 2-4 months before your wedding date

  • The booking deposit places a hold on the wedding date until we perform the preview. The booking deposit is considered payment for the preview. The booking deposit is NOT applied towards wedding day services. Booking deposits are non-refundable ($100.00 Hair Only/Makeup Only or $180.00 for Hair+Makeup)

  • The bride’s booking deposit will hold the date for her until a preview is performed. We are happy to reschedule any preview appointment and transfer your booking deposit towards your new appointment or wedding date. We are not able to refund the booking deposit as we will be passing up other weddings and freelance work.

  • If a bride is from out of town and can’t schedule in a preview, the booking deposit will be applied towards her wedding day services. Additional bridal party services can be added on the contract through email

  • We do not offer refunds after the preview has been performed. It’s important we hear your hair and makeup concerns before or during the preview. If a second preview is desired, there is and additional charge.

  • There is a $360 wedding day service minimum for Friday-Sunday weddings. For example: Bride hair and makeup meets the requirement/4 Bridal Party Services @ $90.00 each ($360.00) also meets the requirement

  • If additional artists are requested or needed to help with your bridal party there will be a $360 minimum (4 service minimum per artist).

  • Brides are responsible for payments on any bridal party cancellations. We recommend this policy to be expressed to your bridal party before the services are added to the contract.

  • Additional early morning wedding fees applied for weddings with hair and makeup finish times 10:00am or earlier. Weddings that will require us to arrive anywhere from 3:00am-6:30am for start times. Please view Menu for early morning wedding rates.

  • We do not provide hair blow-out services and need everyone’s hair to be clean and completely dry

  • Travel fees applied for travel outside of Orange County (varies depending on the location of the event). Number of miles roundtrip times the National Mileage Rate plus time on the road per artist required.

  • Final payment must be paid on the wedding or event date after services are rendered. We ask for one payment from the bride

  • Please come to your preview with clean and completely dry hair

  • We recommend incorporating a face exfoliator into your skincare regimen the evening before or morning of your appointment or event

  • Please come to your preview with hair and makeup inspiration photos

  • We recommend wearing a white shirt or top to your preview
